Company
HR-Laboratory «Human Technologies» was founded in 1992 on the basis of Psychology Department of Moscow State University. From the beginning till now Professor Alexander G. Shmelyov holds the position of HR-Lab supervisor.

Today Human Technologies is one of the leading Russian companies developing and implementing computer based psychometric tests and complex decision-making support systems for effective HR-management. Our expertise is proven by a number of certificates and patents.

Human Technologies is the team of more than 30 highly qualified research and counseling psychologists, business trainers, HR and IT-specialists. Our consultants have great experience in developing computer based psychological tests and conducting assessment and consulting events.

Psychometric tests and innovation diagnostic tools
  • Psychological tests for personnel – more than 20 tests for personality, intellectual and motivational diagnostics (including complex and particularized tests) and special tools for management aptitude diagnostics.
  • Competency based assessment – special tool of Maintest psychology test application creates personal competency profiles based on test results.
  • Test construction kit - special tool of Maintest application enabling users to create custom tests.
  • Decision-making support systems – TEZAL and PROFPLAN applications create psychological portraits and other detailed reports.
  • Organizational research automation – web-based HR-Center system for conducting organizational research in Internet.
HR-Consulting
  • Independent applicant examination – new service of HR-Lab. Independent personnel examination is essential when filling important and rare vacancies (for example, executives, top-managers). In these situations risk of mistake is very high and the company needs information more reliable than biographical and interview data.
  • Personnel assessment – HR-Lab offers a complex strategy of employee performance appraisal, including assessment-center technology for working out individual development and career recommendations.
  • Work satisfaction survey – work satisfaction is key to staff turnover, personnel loyalty and company attractiveness for the applicants. Low work satisfaction is easy to feel without any research, but the increase of it requires preliminary diagnostics and working out special management events and activities.
  • 360-degree feedback – HR-Lab uses own original web-service for introducing 360-degree feedback in an organization.
