PURPOSE An ideal employee of your organization has to acquire not only unique knowledge and experience, but also a unique set of professional aptitudes that help him or her to succeed in your particular company. The test development starts with the listing of professional competencies important for your organization. The scales of the future test are put together according to these competencies listed. PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE TESTS DEVELOPMENT Upon your request we can either adapt one of our existing tests or develop a new one suiting your particular needs. HR-Lab offers a wide range of test formats – questionnaires consisting of multiple choice or free-text items, situational judgment tests, scaling, etc. Adapting a test means putting together existing test scales that measure necessary competencies and professional knowledge scales offered by the customer. The adaptation can take 3-6 weeks. Creating a new test means developing new scales (when necessary with the help of external experts), standardization and validity check of a new test. The development can take 3-6 months. It is possible to build up “ideal” profiles for different professional activities on the basis of the test statistics gathered.
