PURPOSE
Work satisfaction is key to staff turnover, personnel
loyalty and company attractiveness for the applicants. Low work
satisfaction is easy to feel without any research, but the increase of
it requires detailed diagnostics and working out special management
events and activities. Our work satisfaction survey evaluates all
spheres of personnel involvement and can be customized upon your
business specificity and needs. TOOL STRUCTURE Basic tool consists of 58 items including 3 questions
that allow respondents entering their own answers. Filling out the
questionnaire normally takes about 30 minutes. The inventory consists
of 4 blocks:

the online mode are presented as diagrams indicating the percentage of
different answers choices. The application allows data export to MS
Excel for further analysis. Alternatively HR-Lab professionals can provide data analysis (calculation of the integral satisfaction measure or partial satisfaction measures for different blocks, regions/departments, etc.) and develop complex report with recommendations concerning personnel development, organizational changes and other management decisions.
The Work Satisfaction questionnaire was developed by the HR-Lab in collaboration with a big Russian enterprise in 2004. During the pilot study some items were replaced; about 1500 employees have completed the final version |
