PURPOSE
We conduct personnel selection and assessment using different tools and techniques including assessment center technology that helps to work out development recommendations for your employees.

  • Psychometric testing in computer-based or paper-and-pencil form.
  • Business games – detailed social psychological assessment of participants.
  • 360 degrees – an assessment measure comparing evaluations of an employee given by his or her colleagues (either managers or peers) with the use of predefined set of criteria (competency model). The approximation is conducted in an automatic mode that allows examining the similarity of the expert judgments.
