We offer our clients a useful scheme of collaboration between our psychologists and customer experts resulting in test items development and check for test items adequacy and complexity level.

The new test development begins with the defining knowledge fields that form future test scales. Participation of customer experts in the test development is not required, but strongly preferred for taking in account specific corporate character.

The test development consists of several stages:

• Development of plentiful test items bank;
• Automated evaluation of the test items with the use of Scaling service (automated expert judgments collection), and the items correction;
• Development of the initial test version, its approbation and the items complexity examination;
• Selection of the test items of optimal complexity (too simple and too complicated tasks that do not have diagnostic value are excluded);
• Creation of the final test version and getting in up the most suitable form (either local, net with the fixed workplaces or on-line form).

The price of a test depends on many conditions (test items number and format, technical requirements, etc.) and is determined during the agreement of requirements specification.
